Challenges
SMBs needed to improve their SEO performance, but most existing tools were built for experts and overloaded with technical complexity. Users struggled to understand what actions to take, how to prioritize them and how their efforts translated into measurable outcomes.
The challenge was to translate a complex, data-heavy domain into a clear and structured product experience. It required defining a system that simplifies decision-making, reduces cognitive load and aligns user actions with business impact while integrating multiple tools and workflows into one cohesive interface.
Solutions
I reframed the product as a guided, action-oriented system that helps users move from insight to execution with clarity. I defined a task-based model where SEO activities are broken down into prioritized, actionable steps supported by contextual explanations.
From a UX and visual perspective, I designed a scalable interface with clear hierarchy, color-coded categorization and modular components that improve navigation and focus. I also ensured that integrations and key features are embedded directly into the workflow, creating a seamless experience that enables users to make informed decisions and see tangible progress.
