Redesigning a platform to streamline account management across profile details, payments, security, notifications and support for small to medium-sized businesses.

Challenges

The platform had grown into a fragmented account management system where key actions like payments, security settings and notifications were scattered across different sections. Users struggled to find information, complete tasks and understand the overall structure of their account.

This complexity directly impacted business metrics. Users were missing renewals, underusing features and generating unnecessary support requests. The challenge was to simplify the experience without losing functionality while aligning it with business goals like increasing retention and average order value.

Solutions

I reimagined the account area as a centralized hub where all key actions live in one clear and structured system.

By restructuring the information architecture and introducing dedicated sections for wallet, security and notifications, I made critical tasks easier to access and manage. A new notification hub helped users stay informed and take action at the right time while improved payment flows simplified renewals and reduced friction.

Through continuous testing and iteration, we refined the experience into a more intuitive and scalable system that increased engagement, improved conversion-related metrics and reduced support load.
